I’m confident President Bush understands Constitutional Law just fine...or else your Democrats in congress would actually be able to do something other than verbally abuse this administration ad nauseum.
Political posturing on television is one thing, but who really has the power?
A little more reading of the U.S. Constitution, and a little less watching of Conan O’Brien, will answer that question.
