Americans United for Change, a Democrat group, has also set up a website calledAccountable Congress, which keeps track of Republican town hall meetings. Group spokesman Jeremy Funk said his organization encourages supporters to go to these town halls, gives them scripts with questions to ask members and encourages them to record the meetings on their cell phones in case any politically embarrassing moments occur.

They are also going after Kline and other Republicans who are not holding town halls.

"Our question is what are you afraid of? Are you afraid to answer to your constituents after wasting hundreds and hundreds of hours voting to repeal Obamacare 40 times? To answer them for not spending one minute on jobs, immigration reform or the gun violence epidemic, " he said.
