The anti-trust exemption allows health insurance companies to jack up prices and deny care and there is nothing patients can do about it because they have no other choices. It's time for Congress to end the anti-trust exemption for the health insurance industry as part of health insurance reform and create competition by giving consumers a public health insurance option.
